Music Up！串聯全民發聲，用音樂力量凝聚臺北
以音樂串聯民眾，邀請臺北市民分享心目中與臺北產生連結的音樂，歡迎攜帶黑膠、CD或裝載音樂的行動裝置前往展場，站上DJ台，由你擔任DJ播歌！藉由此社會參與機制，串聯社會橫向鏈結，進而觸發認同與榮耀。並邀請多位跨域創作人進行臺北音樂對談，透過現場賞析的互動方式，重塑城市中多樣的聽覺風景。

Music up! Let Everyone’s Voice Be Heard!
Let the Enchantment of Music Unite All! --- Connecting people with the magic of music, Taipei Voice features a DJ stand in the “People’s Square,” where Taipei residents can freely enjoy a DJ experience and play melodies that emotionally attach them to the city. So bring your vinyl records, CD or any other digital storage device! This social design initiative would encourage individual engagement, foster emotional bonds across society, and subsequently evoke a sense of identity and honor. Another highlight of Taipei Voice will see artists of different genres discuss and play music, conduct real-time interactions with the audience while reshaping Taipei’s multifaceted audio landscape.

我不是臺北出生長大的人，對於在成長的過程中才從南部搬到臺北的自己來說，很多時候總覺得格格不入。
即使今日，已經在臺北生活了將近30年，在這裏工作安居再習慣也不過，我仍然偶爾會有這樣的感覺。
對同樣也是聽音樂長大的自己來說，這些歌也是我認識臺北的方式，也給了自己許多的解答。

剛搬來臺北的前幾年都在新店、景美度過。很爛的電腦喇吧接著CD隨身聽，配著雨的氣味，翹課、發呆、想家。
這幾年覺得那是我最臺北的經驗了，用再好的音響都比不過那時候的深刻。

我一直幻想在台北擁有一種公路電影的氣氛，特別是在傍晚的環河快速道路或午夜的堤頂道路，
這些音樂讓我暫時出神，忘記交通的混沌、擾人，忘記工作、人際關係煩人的事，只剩下車窗外流逝的風景和音符。

晚上ㄧ切狀況都合適的話，會拿ㄧ杯符合當下氣氛的飲料，也許是黑咖啡，或酒，
配著Moon river這首歌，如果外面剛好還有月亮就好了，靜靜的很放鬆，也能澄清思慮。
